This quick cinnamon butter butter comes together in about five minutes! The rich and creamy butter combines honey, cinnamon, and sugar to make a spread that is perfect on toast, pancakes, and so much more.

Instructions
Make sure the butter is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter).
Using stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand mixer, beat the ingredients together until well combined and fluffy.
Use a spatula and scape down the sides of the bowl and give the butter a quick stir before transferring the butter to a bowl or ramekin to store or serve immediately as a spread.
Leftover cinnamon butter can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Soften at room temperature before serving again.
