- 1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet tray with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat and set the tray aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the lemon cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg together. Stir well to make a smooth batter.
1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix, 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed, 1 egg
Place the powdered sugar in a separate bowl.

Use a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into the powdered sugar, scooping one cookie at a time and rolling it in the powdered sugar. Place the sugared cookie dough onto the prepared sheet tray, spacing them about 1 ½ inches apart. Repeat with all of the cookie dough.
Bake the cookies for 8 minutes. They will no longer look wet and the edges will just be turning golden brown. Cool the cookies on a cooling rack, and then enjoy!
